Ginger has merged with TNP to form Kepa.

Both Ginger and TNP’s regional manager roles were disestablished and Pine and his TNP counterpart, Rochelle Hill, were asked to reapply for the positions in the central region.

Pine said he decided to give notice instead, and will finish on September 30.

“It's all very amicable…I still want to be involved in the financial services area - I love the business and love putting back into the industry. I have a couple of irons in the fire.”
