RAM clawback notices issued

Tuesday, August 18th 2015, 8:49PM

About 25 Ross Asset Management investors have received a notice telling them the company’s receivers want to claw back returns they received.

RAM investors group spokesman Bruce Tichbon said the letters had been very upsetting for a number of investors. Some of whom would be financially ruined by the clawback, he said.

“The hard reality of the cruel theft committed by David Ross and the seeming lack of proper recover laws, is now well and truly setting in for many.”
