AMP has launched its first app, to give customers the ability to track their retirement savings and some insurances from their mobiles.
Along with account balance and transaction information, the app offers an investment overview showing the investor's fund mix.
Some customers will be able to see details of their life insurance cover.
AMP plans to extend the range of products featured on the app in later releases.
It offers a push-to-call feature to contact a customer's financial adviser.
