GFS managing director Ajay Kumar said that to be the number one mortgage broker for the country’s biggest bank was a great achievement.
The company was also given a Valued Business Partner of the Year 2015 award by ANZ.
Kumar said the secret of their success was their customer service focus which was an essential element of the business.
“Our investment in our in-house developed technology, the CRM system, along with getting the best people to be a part of the organisation, has helped us provide the best service and savings to our customers.”
His number one tip to other advisers is to always put the customer and their needs first, Kumar added.
