The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment says it expects to make public the 150 submissions it received on the Financial Advisers Act options paper within the next month.
Am MBIE spokesperson said: ‘MBIE has received around 150 submissions and will be publishing these on its website as soon as practicable. Before publication we need to check all material for possible commercially sensitive or defamatory information. We expect to complete this process within the next month.”
