Ross Asset Management’s liquidator has done deals with 16 investors worth $4.5 million and is in talks with others about settlements.
PwC is trying to recover as much as it can of the investor money that Ross squandered.
Two investors have so far refused to enter agreements with the liquidators, which has prompted legal action.
