ETF fee drops

Thursday, September 8th 2016, 8:46PM

The NZ Top 50 fund (FNZ), Smartshares’ largest ETF, has passed the $200 million FUM mark.

Smartshare said costs associated with running an ETF reduced proportionally as FUM grew and it was passing that saving on to investors.

It will reduce its management fee for the ETF to 0.5% from 0.75% from next Friday
