Please choose from the following options (You may choose more than one)

We are raising our fixed home loan rates because:

A We choose to take no notice of the recent OCR cut
B We have to borrow money from overseas at marginally higher rates of interest
C We are worried about future increases in the already obscene salaries paid to our executives
D The banks in NZ do not compete with each other
E Our borrowers are basically stupid and believe everything we tell them
