As part of its transition to the FMCA regime, Booster has made some changes to the board of its investment management company.
The latest addition is Bruce Edgar, who joined the BIML Board in October. He has close to 30 years direct experience across a range of roles in the funds management industry with companies including Southpac / National Bank, Trustee Executors, BNZ Investment Management, State Street Global Advisors, and Blackrock.
Edgar, a former test cricket player, has wide-ranging experience includes business development, client services and relationship management roles.
John Selby joined the board earlier this year and is its independent chairman. He brings a wealth of experience from his 37-year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, of which he spent 25 years as a partner in advisory and assurance.
Selby has experience across a range of industries, including financial services. In recent years John has taken on governance roles across various industries, including being the chairman Booster Assurance Limited since 2012.
