Westpac increases fixed rates. See changes

Westpac has joined the procession of banks increasing their fixed rate terms. It has increased all fixed home loan rates between 10 and 30 basis points. The biggest increase has been to its three-year Special which is now 30 points higher at 5.09%.

In the key two-year rate market all the big banks, except ANZ, are sitting at the 5.19% mark. To see which lenders have lower rates click here to see the table sorted highest to lowest on this term.

It hasn't moved its floating rate like Kiwibank did earlier in the week.
