The role is responsible for managing their varied mortgages teams and will ensure that their commitment to exceptional products and customer service is carried end to end through the customer experience.
Former RESIMAC lending manager, Tammy Stitt, has accepted this management position.
Stitt was also instrumental in the establishment and ongoing management of (Nationwide) a specialist lending unit, which operated under the radar within ANZ. She has demonstrated a strong understanding of both the specialist lending market and mortgage adviser business within New Zealand.
Stitt brings with her more than 20 years of experience in the banking and financial industry and her diverse background, which included risk management, credit, project management, leading high performing teams together with her passion and focus on both the customer experience and business process improvements will be a key asset to Avanti.
