Money Week approaches

Monday, July 17th 2017, 7:39PM

The Professional Advisers Association is in discussions with the Commission for Financial Capability about how its members can get involved with Money Week.

The week runs from August 14 to 20, organised by the Commission.

In the past, advisers have manned a free information line, although in recent years participation has been less.

PAA chief executive Rod Severn said he had discussions with the Commission’s group manager for investor education David Boyle. The PAA had agreed to put the Commission’s Money Week booklet in this year’s adviser conference bag.

“We are also looking at how members can get directly involved with active participation throughout the country.”
