Suddenly two-year rates get interesting

Today ANZ and Westpac have cut their standard and Special two-year fixed rates. ANZ has taken 10 points off each term which put it into a pretty handy position on the table. Westpac shaved 10 points off its standard rate and six off its Special. Here's how things are looking in the popular two-year term.
