Today have an interesting Opinion piece from BNZ Head of Research Stephen Toplis, who argues it's possibly time to "normalise" interest rates.
Also this morning Finance Minister Grant Robertson will release the terms of reference for the Government’s review of the Reserve Bank Act, and also re-sign the current Policy Targets Agreement with Acting Reserve Bank Governor Grant Spencer.
