Both firms have transferred to Consilium Platform, a bespoke custodial wrap  service, bringing across a combined $65 million in new funds under management.

Consilium Platform enables independent financial advisers to provide tailored solutions for their clients. Advisers can customise individual portfolios and access a wide range of  investments in multiple currencies, including wholesale managed funds, listed shares and term deposits, at institutional prices.

Bean said: “Consilium Platform has competitive pricing and superior technology to other providers, and the transition team at Consilium made the move painless. This means I get the best value for my clients and can focus on doing what I do best.”

Consilium’s managing director Scott Alman said: “Consilium Platform is one of New Zealand’s fastest-growing custodial wrap service providers, and we are delighted to have both Cliffe Consulting and Alistair Bean be part of that.

“Working with advisory firms like these allows us to fulfil our mission of providing innovative, globally recognised best practice systems and solutions to support the quality, reputation and reach of professional advisers.”
