ANZ is reported considering an IPO for UDC Finance after its sale to HNA Group was scuppered by the Overseas Investment Office.
Chief executive David Hisco told media it was one of the options considered, subject to market conditions.
The HNA sale was refused because the OIO said it could not get a clear picture of who the purchasers of UDC would be.
