HSBC does the limbo again

HSBC has lowered the bar on home loan rates and is gone even further below the 4% mark. I has taken another 14 points off its already market leading rate and is offering 3.85% for one year and 18-month terms.

As usual this comes with all the usual HSBC qualifying conditions.
