Keep The Rent Coming In

I have three basic rules for tenants which usually means we get on very well: keep the property clean and tidy, don't disturb the neighbours and pay your rent on time.

If the tenant breaks any of these rules then they are out. It's not a threat it's a promise. I make this very clear to tenants so there is no doubt from the very start of what I expect.
Paying the rent is arguably the most important of these three rules. It is the lifeblood that keeps the investment going and there are some tips for helping to ensure it keeps coming in.
