Wellington's property market has continued its strong performance, with the median house price last month jumping 7.5 per cent compared with February last year.

Figures issued yesterday by the Real Estate Institute showed the median house price in the capital last month was $215,000, up from $210,000 in January this year and $200,000 in February last year.
