Recently though, there seems to be an increasing number of investors who have purchased investments that are sugar-coated nightmares. They taste good when you sign up for them but once the full flavour of the deal is understood the nightmare begins.

Often Syndicated Residential Property Development Promoters with their glossy brochures, pretty pictures, smooth talking salespeople and rosy financial projections, paint a picture of a sound solid investment. They extol the positive and conveniently leave out the negative, leaving the investor with a false sense of security that seemingly vanishes once the promoter has got his money and has headed for the hills. So why is some Syndicated Residential Development Property an investment dog that can bite you back and cause nasty financial wounds?
