Auckland Regional Council strategic analyst David Lindsey said he was receiving many phone calls about problems in apartment management and administration.
"I'm keeping a dossier of stories and some of them are outrageous," he said this week.
The calls are coming in as a result of the council's publishing a new guide to multi-density living, The Mysteries of Bodies Corporate, launched last month. It also published a discussion paper The Unit Titles Act 1972: The case for Review.
