Property deal turns sour

A property deal gone sour has left a Christchurch couple disillusioned with a company hosting property seminars in the city.

The deal, initiated by Silverfern Asset Solutions, has left Neville Blazey and his wife $7800 out of pocket.

Silverfern Asset Solutions invites investors to property seminars in Christchurch and refers them to Auckland Financial Management Corporation (AFMC).

AFMC is linked to Dudley James Quinlivan, who is one of the 13 parties alleged to have used misleading or deceptive conduct in marketing Gold Coast properties
