House price record broken again
An Oakura beachfront property has been snapped up at auction for a record price.

The Messenger Terrace three-bedroom house fetched a top bid of $905,000 yesterday...
He said it was the highest price for a seaside home in Taranaki.
The home, built in 1992, was one of the few family waterfront homes with a native garden, he said. The 506m? property is on freehold land.
