Tenant is all set to fight eviction
Temuka man Arthur Wilson is determined to fight his eviction from Temuka's council social housing unit, Pye Court, saying he has been set up.

Mr Wilson has been involved in a dispute with a neighbour over the past few years but he says he is not the instigator.
He said he was taken to the tenancy tribunal a month or so ago and his tenancy was to cease on January 13.
However, he is not taking it lying down. He intends to fight the Timaru District Council every step of the way.
"I've been to (Aoraki MP) Mr (Jim) Sutton's office and they are going to see what they can do.
"I've also been to Citizen's Advice and they can provide me with a free lawyer.
