Interest Rate Hikes Coming
The Real Estate Institute's latest mortgage rate survey has found indications of a major increase in interest rates in coming months.

It is basing the prediction on hikes in the past fortnight in fixed mortgage rates.
The survey found all but one lending institution has upped its fixed six month rate this month to around 6.65 percent.
