Kiwi Income Property Trust has finished a round of deals on buildings in Auckland and Christchurch.

Kiwi's manager commercial portfolio, Jon Lesquereux, said the biggest deal was the sale and leasing of industrial/office units at the former Woolworths distribution centre, a 7871sq m building with a 450sq m office block at 99 Carbine Rd, Mt Wellington.
Kiwi got $8.6 million for properties on the 1.4ha site after a revamp of the old distribution centre, which it divided into eight units of between 950sq m to 1000sq m each.
