AMP NZ Office Trust has leased 10,586 sq m of office space in Auckland this year.

Trust executive manager Rob Lang said the leases included:
* Intellectual property law firm A. J. Park took a 15-year lease on 1900 sq m (almost two full floors) on levels 13 and 14 of Quay Tower where Air NZ is a major tenant.
