The Airpark Business Centre development was marketed in November last year and fully sold by June. Titles were issued in October and all settlements are expected to take place within two weeks. Two buildings are under construction on Airpark and a further six are expected to start next year.

TTP chief operating officer Bruce Catley says Airpark 2 will be completed in two stages. The first 21 of 49 lots were put to the market last week with strong interest from owner-occupiers, investors and tenants.
