Property Market Bubbling Along

There is little sign of the much talked about slow-down in Auckland's real estate market according to real estate agents.

Barfoot and Thompson director Peter Thompson says sales have increased from January to February, with the average house price six percent higher than at this time last year.

He predicts there will be a steady turnover in the next few months.

Although he cannot envisage prices rising, he doubts they will fall off.

Mr Thompson says there are plenty of properties for buyers to choose from and sellers will have to meet the market.
