Triple rates demand
A group of Papatoetoe residents are feeling victimised by the Manukau City Council almost tripling their rates.

The residents in Glasgow, Liverpool and Onslow avenues have been told to pay business rates of about $3500 a year.
But they have always paid residential rates and don't run businesses.
