Building sector improves over period
The dwelling construction sector in Rotorua continues to improve.

Strictly Business, a newsletter from the Rotorua District Council, says record sales emerged in the local housing market in March.
But median sales price had eased slightly from that recorded in the previous month, the council has reported.
A total of 25 permits were issued for new dwellings in March, up from 20 recorded in February and from 21 recorded in March.
