Arthur Barnett and K-mart. Prime Retail chief executive Mark Schiele “Dunedin is an expanding city with plenty of opportunity for quality retail, and we intend to ensure the Meridian Mall takes advantage of that growth”. Prime Retail management has no plans to make any immediate changes to Meridian Mall, and current centre manager Michael Porter has been retained in his role.
