The 821-hectare vineyard and rural property, which is located in the Alexandra Basin and includes 200 hectares of pinot noir vineyards, will be developed into a resort, golf course and residential development.
Melview has already carried out community consultation to discuss development options for McArthur Ridge.
The benefit of the development would be that the local community would enjoy a significant contribution to the local economy and employment through a major injection of capital investment, Melview director Nigel McKenna says.
