Entry is open to New Zealand Residents aged 18 or over only. An entry is defined as a fully paid subscription or renewal to the NZ Property Magazine, between 1 December and 31st December 2007. One entry per person and the entry will be in the same name of the subscription or renewal. All existing, new and renewing subscribers will get one entry into the draw. The prize is not transferable Entries received after 5pm, 31st December 2007 will be ineligible. By accepting the prize, the winners consent to the promoter using their details and photographs for promotional purposes. Employees of Tarawera Publishing and their families are ineligible to enter. Winners will be drawn by Tarawera Publishing Ltd on 7th January 2008. The winners will be notified by telephone or email. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. The Winner takes the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Tarawera Publishing Ltd in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize.
