Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels announced the deal yesterday.
The hotel opened in 2001 and has had some of the highest occupancy rates in the country.
Its American operator will continue to run it, and the property will retain its branding as a Hilton.
The Quay Street hotel was last valued three years ago at nearly $45 million.
