Small banks say new proposals unfair

New Zealand's small banks, SBS, TSB, Kiwibank and The Co-Operative Bank have banded together on the RBNZ's proposed new capital requirements. They say it will be harder for them to compete against the big banks if the new requirements are adopted. [READ ON]
