ANZ has cut its one-year special rate to 2.65% this morning, matching Kiwibank's one-year offer. The major bank has also slashed its two-year special to 2.75%, 6 basis points higher than its big four rivals.
In addition, the lender has reduced rates across its standard home loan lineup, with 1,2,4 and 5 year rates all cut this morning.
