As part of its response to Covid-19, the Government has allocated additional funding to the network.

Businesses can access vouchers of up to $5000 for support such as business planning and marketing assistance.

To be eligible, the business must have registered with the scheme and have undergone an assessment with a regional business partner growth adviser, have fewer than 100 full-time equivalent employees, be GST-registered in New Zealand and operating in a commercial environment.

Moberate said it could offer eligible adviser businesses its Advisor Promoter marketing technology free for a year through the scheme.

"We are all fully aware of the immediate challenges facing advisers with not only challenging times due to Covid-19, but also pending regulatory changes. Never has it been more critical to help you look to technology for business efficiencies and ways to grow your bottom line. We understand that this new way of doing business is not easy for everyone, video meetings versus a quiet coffee meeting in the comfort of someone’s home, not ideal but that is where we are today.

"Technology is a sure way forward where you can find your current and future clients behind closed doors over the next year or so."

The package includes online training modules, tools and personalised campaigns to help a business generate leads and expand its marketing reach.
