Mortgage Express hires new Otago adviser

Mortgage Express has hired Ken Cochrane, a former banker at Westpac, as an adviser in Otago.

Cochrane has 12 years of experience in the banking sector, previously working for Westpac as a senior manager. 

He will look after the Otago region, with a focus on first home buyers and those looking to restructure or top-up their home loans.

The new hire said: “Joining a professional adviser business like Mortgage Express and the Harcourts team means I can help customers avoid the pitfalls and stresses of having to apply for a loan, and I can help them in any areas where they need additional support. Networking with other experienced advisers has been useful already."
