We're #hiring for a KiwiSaver Consultant (Phone-Based) at National Capital. National Capital was only the 4th company in New Zealand to be awarded a Digital Advice Exemption (aka robo-advice license) by the Financial Markets Authority. Our mission is to help 1 million Kiwis be financially secure, and we're helping them sort out their KiwiSaver accounts as a first step.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a job which makes a difference in people lives. If you want to have the ability to work remotely and not have to commute to work or meetings, while helping ordinary Kiwis become more financially secure by sorting out their KiwiSaver account, then this is the role for you.

You will be interacting with clients and referrals, using those interactions to optimize our client acquisition strategy and finally developing ways to automate processes to improve efficiency. You need to be someone who enjoys selling the value of our advice and is energized by telephone conversations with clients. Previous sales experience will stand you in good stead, as it is important to us to have someone who can explain to prospective clients, the value of our advice and how it can make a difference to their financial lives.

**Client support & Interaction**

- On the phone. Following up with leads, answering client queries.

- Email. Answering emails, adding leads to automated sequences, following up Measuring client interaction effectiveness

- Testing which client interactions are working and which are not

- Using learnings and data to help our team automate processes which are proven to work Skills you need and will refine

- Verbal and Written communication

- Relationship building

Remuneration: 55-60k

Work Schedule: Full time, flexible hours, can be remote or onsite (Auckland/Christchurch).
