We are a large, well-established NZ owned specialist non-bank lender with 30 years proven experience and stability in the market helping clients achieve their financial goals through our diverse product offering.

We're on the look out for an experienced professional, to take on the role of Specialist Property Lender. Someone who can think on their feet, and keep up with our busy pace. The non-bank sector is rapidly growing and as a company we see real potential for growth and already have some exciting product changes in the pipeline. We need someone with the skills and ability to hit the ground running and join us on the frontline. This is a non face-to-face role, however you will have exposure to our external business partners through your day to day work, and regular functions throughout the year. We are predominantly an introducer-based business.

With experience in mortgage lending (or relevant transferable skills), you've got an overall awareness of quality and standards, along with the drive to manage your application workflow and keep everything moving.

You will need:

Exceptional communication skills! These are fundamental to working with our Business Development Managers, external mortgage advisors/introducers and liaising with external business partners such as Solicitors and Valuers.
Proven ability to work in a team and alongside lending support to consolidate applications and supporting documents.
Ensuring all applications are assessed and processed in-line with company policy and responsible lending and relevant legislation.
The ability to think outside the box, and on your feet to offer leading financial solutions to our mortgage brokers/clients.
