Hayley Rice joins the team as a mortgage adviser.
Before arriving at MPM, Rice spent a decade in procurement at a fast moving consumer goods company.
The business said Rice was known for "excellent negotiation skills", and was passionate about serving the local community and helping people achieve financial goals.
Rice will help clients with first home purchases, refinancing, debt consolidation, and investing.
