ANZ has followed Kiwibank and cut some fixed rates. Interestingly it dropped the rate of three standard terms and four specials.
The biggest cut was 36 basis points to its one year rate, taking the special rate under 5% (just).
The cuts were to six months, one year and three year to standard and special and the special 18 month rate was also cut 36 basis points.
