The Opportunity:
NZHL Mana is a well-established and high performing team within our NZHL Franchise network that now has the scope for a mortgage advisor to join them in a hybrid-based role that will also provide a pathway to business ownership opportunity.
You will continue the great legacy of this branch’s achievements in writing business that helps more people in the community into financial freedom through providing quality financial advice.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a real people person who brings plenty of passion to the table with a genuine desire in helping people plus the drive to succeed as a locally based business owner of a franchise that punches well above its weight on the lending scale.
Skills/Experience:
- Have 2 -3 years mobile mortgage management experience
- Want to gain Level 5 loan and risk assessment qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and trusting relationships with clients
- Passion for delivering what is best for the customer and the business
- Strong numerical reasoning & analytical skills with an eye for detail
- A goal of owning your own business
