The aim is to nurture top talent and skill them across several key areas, including artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, data analytics. The 9-month programme, split across three terms, will give participants specialised technical training, knowledge-sharing, enhanced support, and an FNZ accreditation after graduating.

The programme aims to enrol more than 200 people in the first 12 months and help fast track their careers, positioning them as tech experts across the industry.

The FNZ Academy is open to participants from all around the world. FNZ said with more than 5,000 employees from more than 90 nationalities across 30 plus global locations, the FNZ Academy demonstrates its commitment to creating a culture for growth and an inclusive and diverse workforce across its global business.

Renata Mrazova, FNZ group chief people officer says,“We want to attract and retain the most talented people in the market in all our global locations, and those candidates rightly demand opportunities for ongoing learning and development. The FNZ Academy provides exactly that, and I hope it will reinforce and build upon our culture of growth.”

In June this year, the company launched its new graduate scheme and has recently changed parental leave policies, giving all global staff 26 weeks parental leave – regardless of gender – alongside enhanced leave for bereavement and emergency care.
