Led by Induction Training Manager, Tania Styche, the programme offers personalised, one-on-one and small group training tailored to each adviser’s area of expertise and experience level, from newcomers to seasoned professionals. "Advisers come from such diverse backgrounds with different levels of knowledge and business goals. They truly appreciate the personal approach, knowing they can ask questions and receive the guidance they need," she says.
The programme includes a step-by-step walk through of MyCRM, empowering advisers to operate safely, streamline their business and save valuable time. For those who opt for compliance support under the Assurance Programme, the course also provides a comprehensive understanding of their responsibilities and obligations as a financial adviser.
"In today's regulated environment, it's essential that advisers have the knowledge, tools, and support they need to operate with confidence and deliver top-tier customer service," says Tania.
Tania Styche brings over 35 years of financial services experience to the role, offering weekly check-ins throughout the induction to address any questions and provide additional guidance.
Amy Bryant from NZ Mortgage Advice was the first adviser to complete the programme. “Going through the induction process made all the difference and gave me so much more confidence in my ability to produce quality advice documents, and in making sure I was doing the right thing by my clients in following the correct process,” she said.
“The MyInduction programme was excellent and Tania is a great trainer. I understood my obligations and MyCRM application's features very well due to this well organised programme,” says Amol Prakash, another programme graduate.
Styche is continually impressed by the dedication and progress of each participant. "It's incredibly rewarding to see advisers graduate with enthusiasm and confidence, ready to take their business to the next level."
The support doesn’t end when the programme finishes. Every adviser in the network is backed by a dedicated Regional Manager to help them meet the evolving needs of their business and clients, ensuring long-term success throughout their journey with NZFSG.
