 ns relating to Code Standards 14 and 15. Much has changed since the introd
 uction of the Financial Advisers Act 2008 and the original level 5 qualifi
 cation. Today\, financial advisers need to have the competence\, knowledge
 \, and skill to meet the new Code of Professional Conduct for AFAs\, newly
  introduced legislation and regulation\, plus understand and implement the
  FMA&rsquo\;s expectations outlined in their numerous guidance notes. All 
 of this is contained in the new level 5 qualification (New Zealand Certifi
 cate in Financial Services level 5). Code Standards 14 and 15 require all 
 AFAs to ensure they are meeting the content of this new qualification. Thi
 s first workshop is timed to complement the PortfolioConstruction Forum Co
