 ew to the industry\, we recommend undertaking Core Strand prior to complet
 ing your preferred specialist strand. Completion of Core will ensure candi
 dates can: Act in the best interest of the client by demonstrating profess
 ional practice in the application of legislation\, regulations\, ethics\, 
 risk and compliance common to all sectors of the financial services indust
 ry. Apply research and analysis processes to develop fit for purpose finan
 cial solutions. Operate with understanding of the economic environment\, a
 nd its connection to financial institutions\, systems and markets\, and th
 eir interdependencies. Core Strand can be studied via online or distance l
 earning\, or in the classroom.\nWe offer a two-day classroom course that r
 uns from 8:30am - 4:00pm each day\, or alternatively\, we offer Core Stran
 d as series of three evening classes.\n
