  point has been banned for all contributors except our key note speaker Dr
  Elaine Kempson.  We&rsquo\;re going to cover the philosophical\, the fron
 tline\, and the long term  - and then engage in some smart and witty bante
 r over an end of day drink.  Audience participation is encouraged (as long
  as you have the talking stick)\, as is insightful\, relevant and candid c
 ommentary both on and off stage.\n
