 and maintaining stability and smooth delivery. Often operating across a br
 oad portfolio of business units\, it is important that leaders ensure that
  teams function together effectively as a unit to ensure operational integ
 rity. Whilst it is helpful to have technical knowledge and expertise\, lea
 dership success in the operations space is reliant on strategy\, communica
 tion and the ability to manage and lead a diverse portfolio. These unique 
 skills are often attributed to operations experts\, but need to be refined
  into an authentic leadership skill set to encourage success in this busin
 ess landscape. In this workshop\, participants will be guided through a nu
 mber of activities and be presented with strategies designed to assist the
  development of their leadership skill set. The interactive course will ex
 plore the demands of operations leadership and the skills and attributes n
 eeded to lead an effective team and achieve key organisational outcomes.\n
